1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Eva, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Medical disclaimer

Eva is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cycle predictions, fertile window estimates, and health insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not rely on Eva for contraception, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Eva. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

6. Doctor portal

The Doctor Portal allows you to share selected health data with your healthcare provider. Eva is not responsible for how your provider uses data once accessed. You can revoke access at any time.

7. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use Eva for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Use the Doctor Portal to impersonate a healthcare provider

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Eva is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information provided by the service.
