Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Eva app or the evahealth.me website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Eva has no accounts — these terms apply from the moment you use the app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Medical disclaimer
Eva is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cycle predictions, fertile window estimates, and health insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. Do not rely on Eva for contraception, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Eva. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
4. Your data, your device
Eva stores everything on your device and, if you enable backups, in your own iCloud or Google Drive. That means you are in control — and also responsible: keep your device secure, and manage your own backups. If your device and backups are lost, we cannot recover your data, because we never had a copy.
5. Purchases and donations
Paid upgrades (such as Eva Plus), when offered, are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the respective store under its terms. Voluntary donations are processed by Stripe on a hosted payment page and are non-refundable.
6. Doctor reports
Eva can generate a summary report of your data for you to share with a healthcare provider. You decide what the report contains and how it is shared, directly from your device. Once you share a report, its handling is between you and the recipient. Reports are informational summaries of your own entries — not medical records or medical advice.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use Eva for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent an Eva report as a clinical or diagnostic document
- Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the evahealth.me website
- Reverse-engineer the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law
8. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Eva app. The app, website, and their content remain the property of Skulze LLC.
9. Ending use
There is no account to close. You can stop using Eva at any time by deleting the app (and, if you wish, your own backups). Store-managed subscriptions are canceled through the App Store or Google Play.
10. Limitation of liability
Eva is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information provided by the service, or for loss of data stored on your device or in your own backups.
